We are committed to transparency, professionalism, and regulatory accuracy. Please review our refund and dispute policy before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the regulatory and customized nature of our services, all payments made to 81 Knots LLC are non-refundable once processing has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• The client cancels the service within 24 hours of payment and before document processing begins.
• We are unable to deliver the promised service due to an internal error.

Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of 81 Knots LLC and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Courier or international shipping charges
• Services where document submission has begun
• Expedited/rush processing fees
• Any service already completed or filed

4. How to Request a Refund

• Order or transaction number
• Payment date
• Reason for the refund request

We will review and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients are expected to contact us directly to resolve any service-related concerns. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in a suspension of current or future services.

All disputes, claims, or refund issues shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida.
